if theres username , theres also password.


in Loadcentral there are 2 passwords the FL password and SL password.


what is FL ?

FL stands for ( First Level ) , FL Password is your password for your mobile number registered with LoadCentral

what is SL ?

 SL stands for ( Second Level ) , SL Password is the password for you to access the LoadCentral Webtool.

note : FL and SL are Diff. but you can make them same passwords

Possible reasons why any or both of your password(s) has been blocked. :
1. You did not change your Webtool Password / SL Password and your Mobile Password right away.
2. You have too many invalid login attempts on the Webtool. ( or someone is trying to access your account without your knowledge )
3. You nominated the same password for both FL and SL Password.

You can only change your SL password via Webtool

and you can only change your FL password via SMS using your mobile number registered with Loadcentral.

but how to change FL password?


in your mobile , input this msg:

<CHANGEPW>space <old 6-digit password>space <new 6-digit password>

Send to LoadCentral Access Number can found at the Rightside of this site.

example: CHANGEPW 123456 stole23 send to Loadcentral Gateways

note: FL ( First Level is for SMS password in short PARA SA MOBILE ) and SL is for WEBTOOL in short PARA SA ONLINE WEBTOOL.


summary: 
Fl and Sl are different password FL is for mobile SMS password , SL is for Webtool.
therefore you must change your FL and SL password to avoid Block accouts from the loadcentral.

Default passwords for both FL & SL is : 123456. If your SL password is blocked, contact your subdealer if you are a retailer. For security purposes, please make sure that you provide them with your registered number and registered name


whenever your account is lock but you know that the password is still the same 123456.

Send to a LoadCentral Access Number (LCAN) found at the rightside of this page.

As soon as you have unlocked your account please change your password immediately.
